Tiffiniy Cheng is co-founder of the Participatory Culture Foundation (PCF), a non-profit focused on reforming television and video as it moves online. They develop a free and open source video aggregator, the Democracy Player.

Tiffiniy Cheng is from Worcester, MA and has a BS in engineering and urban planning from the Cooper Union. She has worked in non-profit, urban planning, and public policy-oriented organizations.
